DESCRIPTION:Technician Fundamentals – $1500 per participant\n(24 hour/3 day course – Min 4 Participants/Max 8 Participants)\nThis hands-on course builds the essential skills technicians need to navigate Cat® service systems\, perform basic diagnostics\, and apply foundational shop practices that support safe\, reliable equipment operation. \nThe focus will be on the following areas: \n\nUse SIS 2.0 to locate accurate parts and service information\nApply Electronic Technician (ET) to retrieve diagnostic codes\, check configuration data\, and perform OEM aligned tests and calibrations on Cat ECMs.\nUnderstand and implement contamination control practices in the shop and field to protect component life and ensure system cleanliness\nDevelop proper techniques for taking SOS oil samples\nApply structured processes that support accurate troubleshooting and consistent service quality\n\n  \n*Lunch will be provided every day* \n
