The GP Academy Degree-Seeking Apprenticeship takes getting paid to train to the next level. On top of getting paid starting your first day, you will receive a professional degree from a North Carolina-based community college along with a full-time job with Gregory Poole at the completion of the program.
Program Details:
Get paid from Day 1 as a Gregory Poole employee.
Tools are provided.
Complete 30/40-hour apprenticeship and transfer credits into 2-year degree.
Take your skills outside the classroom with GP Academy. In the degree-seeking apprenticeship, you’ll spend two days a week in the classroom learning from Cat® accredited instructors. Three days a week will be spent in the shop and in the field, preparing you for a full-time career.
Work on equipment in the construction, lift, power generation, and marine industries while covering a training curriculum that includes electrical, powertrain, basic engine, A/C, hydraulics, and more.
